The Annual Tangier Model United Nations Conference
The Tangier Model United Nations (TMUN) is an annual conference replicating the authentic United Nations experience, welcoming participants from Morocco and worldwide. TMUN aims to inspire today’s youth by raising awareness of pressing global issues and empowering them to take meaningful action.
Every year, students from diverse backgrounds travel to the vibrant city of Tangier, Morocco, to participate in this transformative three-day event. The conference begins with an Opening Ceremony at the General Assembly, where delegates are introduced to the year’s theme and their respective committee topics.
On the second day, delegates engage in intensive discussions and collaborate to craft resolutions addressing their committee’s issues. This process fosters critical thinking, teamwork, and diplomacy, encouraging participants to find innovative and impactful solutions.
The final day culminates in the Closing Ceremony, where the most outstanding resolutions are presented and celebrated. TMUN provides an unforgettable platform for young leaders to develop their skills, broaden their horizons, and become active contributors to the global community.
TMUN will occur at the Hilton Garden Inn, from December 13th to the 15th.
